Carla Snepvangers
Carla grew up in Noord-Brabant and has called Amsterdam home for many years, where she lives with her family. She runs on coffee, cinnamon rolls, and good conversation.
She's an entrepreneur, board member, and investor with over 25 years of experience building and scaling media and technology companies. In growing organizations, she repeatedly saw the same pattern. As teams expanded, more tools were introduced, but ownership of the overall SaaS landscape was missing. Finance and IT both saw a part, yet no one had a shared overview. When making one, it was quickly out of date. For Carla, this isn't about lack of discipline. It's a natural consequence of growth.

Terry was born in Amsterdam and still lives nearby with her husband and their dog, now that their children have moved out. She enjoys a good time with friends and family. And loves drop.
She has held C-level roles in tech and telecom organizations and has worked extensively on digital transformation and complex system landscapes. From that perspective, she saw how easily access to tools is granted as companies grow and roles change and how rarely it is reviewed or cleaned up afterward. For Terry, this made it clear that access equals responsibility. Every forgotten account isn’t just a cost issue, but a control risk when insight is missing.
